QuickServer Technical Support
QuickServer is a high performance, fully configurable, cost effective building and industrial automation gateway. QuickServer can utilize any Serial or Ethernet drivers available in the extensive FieldServer Driver Library. Check out some of the more popular QuickServers on the QuickServer selector guide.
The QuickServer is delivered with the drivers ordered and is ready to configure for your specific application. This gateway can be pre-ordered with Custom Configuration, making it ready to go upon delivery. Or, it can be configured by the user or one of the FieldServer Approved Integrators. All the necessary instructions, software and templates are provided with QuickServer. If you ordered the Accessory Kit, you would recieve a USB Flash Drive with all the drivers, softwar and manuals required. Or you can download them from the website usingthe links below.
As a minimum, to configure, install and start-up your QuickServer you will need:
- QuickServer Start-Up Guide
- FieldServer Configuration Manual
- Appropriate Driver Manuals
- FST Utilities software

Also, note that FieldServer Technologies does offer scheduled Technical Training classes at our California office where the user can be thoroughly trained in configuration and Commissioning of a FieldServer.
