With a serial and Ethernet ports and the extensive FieldServer library of protocol drivers the FS-B2010 and FS-B2510 can interface various serial devices to Ethernet networks.

Multiport Serial to Ethernet
For
applications involving multiple serial devices the FS-B3510 has 4 serial ports in addition to 2 Ethernet ports and a LonWorks port. The FS-B4010 has 8 RS-232
and 2 RS-485 ports in addition to the 2 Ethernet ports. Thus the user can
connect multiple devices using multiple protocols to an Ethernet based
network. Imagine being able to bring a fire alarm panel, AC controls, boiler
controls and security into the central building automation system. Plus
for those priority applications calling for redundancy, hot standby option
is available

For
