EtherNet/IP link to Serial to Ethernet legacy devices

The FieldServer FS-B20 Series EtherNet/IP gateway links legacy devices and systems using other protocols to EtherNet/IP networks. Utilizing the extensive FieldServer driver library the user can easily interface data from a wide range of devices using open, proprietary and legacy protocols to their EtherNet/IP network. The FS-B20 Series EtherNet/IP gateway includes one serial port (RS-232 or RS-485), one Ethernet port and optionally, one LonWorks port.

The configuration software provided with the FieldServer EtherNet/IP adapter enables the user to easily configure both the server and client sides of the gateway to meet specific monitoring and operational needs. Custom configuration services are also available from FieldServer. An embedded coprocessor protocol translator using EtherNet/IP is also available.

Following are several versions of the FS-B20 Series EtherNet/IP gateway available from FieldServer Technologies. In addition to these gateways, FieldServer can produce an EtherNet/IP gateway utilizing other drivers in our library that will meet your specific application requirements.
