Regional Sales Manager - Europe, Middle East, Africa (EMEA)

Job Description

  • Aggressively seek new opportunities to expand the company's products and services to existing customers and add new customers.
  • Have good working relationships with key customers, employees, and partners in this region
  • Achieve and ideally surpass a sales quota for the EMEA region
  • Update company CRM with contacts, opportunities and monthly forecasts
  • Review projects, issues and opportunities of significance with management
  • Attend national sales shows, as applicable, throughout the year
  • Assign and manage channel partners (distributors and integrators)
  • Evaluate and develop vertical markets such as: Municipalities; Energy Management; Campuses and OEM accounts
  • Ensure that all actions are accomplished in an ethical manner

Candidate Requirements

  • BS degree in Sales and Marketing,(technical education is an advantage)
  • 5 Years HVAC & industrial automation industry experience
  • Proven experience in establishing sales channel networks within EMEA region
  • Efficient problem resolution skills and follow through capabilities
  • Excellent ability to understand and explain the equipment's operations and communication interfaces; technical aptitude is advantageous
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook and CRM
