Regional Sales Manager - Europe, Middle East, Africa (EMEA)
Job Description
- Aggressively seek new opportunities to expand the company's products and services to existing customers and add new customers.
- Have good working relationships with key customers, employees, and partners in this region
- Achieve and ideally surpass a sales quota for the EMEA region
- Update company CRM with contacts, opportunities and monthly forecasts
- Review projects, issues and opportunities of significance with management
- Attend national sales shows, as applicable, throughout the year
- Assign and manage channel partners (distributors and integrators)
- Evaluate and develop vertical markets such as: Municipalities; Energy Management; Campuses and OEM accounts
- Ensure that all actions are accomplished in an ethical manner
Candidate Requirements
- BS degree in Sales and Marketing,(technical education is an advantage)
- 5 Years HVAC & industrial automation industry experience
- Proven experience in establishing sales channel networks within EMEA region
- Efficient problem resolution skills and follow through capabilities
- Excellent ability to understand and explain the equipment's operations and communication interfaces; technical aptitude is advantageous
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook and CRM
